The historic KLB receive station’s 3 towers are still standing. Tower heights are not documented, but appear to be about 75ft. Towers are all anchored with guy wires, and have been maintained recently.
600 sq ft Ham radio shop with another 40+ ft. tower.
The metal shop is approx.1100 sq foot, ready for a small bathroom. What was previously the KLB stations office operations, is ready to be set up to your specific configurations. The original work station desk where all the ship to shore traffic communication took place, is still bolted to the cement floor.
